RESOLVED that the apologies from Cllrs Carey and Sowerby be received .

2/13/01/26 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meetings held on 4 December 2025 be approved.

3/13/01/26 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

  • a. RESOLVED that the monthly statements for December 2025 were received and approved.

  • b. RESOLVED that the Town Hall Trust Unaudited Financial Statements for the Year ending 31 March 2025 be received and approved.

  • c. RESOLVED that the Manorial Lands Trust Unaudited Financial Statements for the Year ending 31 March 2025 be received and approved.
