  1. TOWN COUNCIL BUDGET REVIEW 2025/26 AND PROPOSALS FOR THE BUDGET AND PRECEPT FOR 2026/27

    • a. To review the annual budget for the Town Council for 2025/26.

    • b. To receive the submissions for the annual budget 2026/27 submitted by the individual Town Council Committees.

    • c. To prepare a draft annual budget for the Town Council for 2026/27 for approval by the Town Council.

    • d. To agree the amount of precept for the financial year 2026/27 for recommendation to the Town Council.

  2. STOKESLEY MANORIAL LANDS TRUST AND STOKESLEY TOWN HALL TRUST BUDGET REVIEW FOR 2025/26 AND PROPOSED BUDGET FOR 2026/27

  • a. To review the annual budget for the Town Hall Trust for 2025/26.

  • b. To prepare a draft annual budget for the Town Hall Trust for 2026/27 for approval by the Trustees.

  • c. To review the annual budget for the Manorial Lands Trust for 2025/26.

  • d. To prepare a draft annual budget for the Manorial Lands Trust for 2026/27 for approval by the Trustees.
